Rachel serves as a Christian Ministry Staff (CMS), partnering with students, teachers, parents and the pastoral team to support chapels, Christian Fellowship, morning devotions and the boarding school ministry.

Her journey into school ministry began after completing a Discipleship Training School with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), where she caught God's heart for both His people and His mission. She jokes that she was ready to apply for a job at a movie theatre when, immediately after praying about her future, she received the call offering her CMS role. Since then, she has served in school ministry, completed theological studies at Trinity Theological College, and now ministers at ACS (Independent).

Rachel is passionate about journeying with young people as they explore faith, wrestle with life's questions and discover who God created them to be. She hopes to be a thoughtful voice shaped by God's Word, pointing students to Christ in a world filled with competing voices.

Outside ministry, Rachel enjoys slow jogs by the beach at sunset, workouts, snacking with friends, and would happily spend more time watercolour painting if she could. She also enjoys musicals and short holidays with her family.
