Eugene Yeo
Pastoral Team Member
"People invested in me. That has shaped how I seek to shepherd others."
Eugene has served in full-time ministry for over 16 years, but his journey began much earlier. At eight years old, after listening to a Don Moen cassette tape for the first time, he sensed a tug in his heart to do something similar. It was only years later that he realised it was God's first call into ministry.
Today, Eugene serves in worship, media, production, live streaming and YouTube ministry, while mentoring and equipping volunteers and leaders. At the heart of it all is a simple desire: to help God's people delight in giving Him the highest praise through every possible means.
Having grown up in Wesley Methodist Church, Eugene is deeply grateful for the people who mentored, corrected and encouraged him. Their investment has shaped the way he approaches ministry today, and his desire to shepherd and invest in others.
Over the past four years at Living Waters, Eugene has been encouraged to see the church grow from strength to strength. He believes God is continuing to transform lives through the power of the Holy Spirit, and that conviction keeps him moving forward—one faithful step at a time.
Away from church, Eugene enjoys carpentry and woodworking—"just like Jesus," he jokes. He and his wife, Wan Li, together with their two sons, Luke and Levi, worship at Living Waters, where faith and family continue to grow side by side.
